Jack has been on the air in Omaha in various formats since 1982. His passion for radio began early in his life, listening to Pittsburg Pirate baseball with his father in the driveway of their Lincoln home. His first radio job was at KLMS in Lincoln while still in high school.
His broadcasting travels have taken him from Lincoln to North Platte and back to Lincoln. Then, York, PA and finally to Omaha, where he and Karen raised their three daughters and now enjoy life as “Nana and Papa.”
Jack wears multiple hats. Along with being host of The Drive Home on Boomer Radio, he is a full-time investment adviser with 14 years of experience, the voice of Omaha Burke High football, and he has emceed many events around the region. Jack is also an Elder at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Omaha and leads a weekly men’s bible study, encouraging men to be the man God has called them to be.
As Jack likes to say, “Keep Boomin’ my friend!!”
