Birthright of Council Bluffs First Annual Craft Fair is being held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 4 Valley View Drive, Council Bluffs, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Free to Public Cost for vendors is $20 per table with maximum of two tables and the donation of one craft item to Birthright raffle held that day.
