From a small town in Nebraska, Brian Rockey has gone on to play various roles with the Nebraska Lottery, which has raised more than $750 million for good causes that benefit every county in the state. But, before the lottery, Brian’s early work was in radio. Join Jack Swanda as he welcomes Brian Rockey back into the radio studios to play the favorite songs of Brian’s past. Boomer Sit-In with the Bellevue High Class of ’74! 10/17/19

People are flying in from all over the country for our next Boomer sit-in.

Join us when we host a mini reunion for Bellevue High, Class of 1974.

We will meet Chieftains who have done some amazing stuff since high school… a motocross racer, a Jeopardy game show writer, a professor who has danced around the world, and a Bellevue city councilwoman who brought this great group together, the day before their real reunion begins.

Our next Boomer Sit-in...

is one of the select few outside NYC to vote on the Tony Awards!

Joan Squires has music in her DNA. Her Dad was in a jazz band. Her Mom played an instrument too and her family ran a music, electronics and large appliance store. Fast forward a few years, she is now president of Omaha Performing Arts, programming and managing both our Holland Center and The Orpheum... operations that inject almost 50 million dollars into our city annually. And that was before Hamilton came to town. Let’s find out what show tunes and more are in Joan’s music collection.
