Job Description: Podcast Coordinator, Walnut Media-Performance Podcasts
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as the coordinator of Performance Podcast. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the podcast division of Walnut Media. You will play a critical role in coordinating podcast production, business development, cultivating relationships with podcast hosts and talent, coordinating marketing and promotion efforts, and ensuring the overall success of our podcasting endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end podcast production process, including business development, scheduling, recording, editing, and post-production marketing.
Collaborate with hosts, producers, and sound engineers to ensure high-quality audio content is produced consistently.
Coordinate cross promotion, interaction and podcast sales with other Walnut Media divisions.
Talent and Relationship Management:
Assist in identifying, recruiting and directing a diverse pool of podcast clients, podcast hosts, producers, and other talent to enhance our podcast offerings.
Foster positive relationships with clients, guests, and industry professionals to ensure strong collaboration and content development.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase podcast reach, engagement, and listenership. Work closely with Performance Digital in developing, executing and monetizing marketing partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling podcast-related content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other platforms.
Location:
The primary location will be Omaha, but the company has studios in Council Bluffs and Fremont.
